The following is a top level (preliminary) schedule:

1.   Start Detail Planning (next phase after the "plan for a plan" phase, now underway, by end of Nov. '97)

2.   Complete Detail Plan and obtain approvals and resources allocation - by end of January '98

3.   Implement a subsystem by subsystem approach (based on criticality matrix to be developed) Problem Detection, by end of June '98

4.   Implement Problem Fix (again subsystem by subsystem approach, based on criticality matrix to be developed) by end of November '98

5.   Perform System/Integration Testing (again subsystem by subsystem approach, based on criticality matrix to be developed) by end of March '99

6.   Integrate and Test with TMOD other program elements by end of July '99
