Home Page Evaluation Instrument
This is an Alternative Home Page Evaluation Instrument Developed by one of our colleagues, Ken Janowiak.
I used it to evaluate his HCI home page, and he did the same to evaluate mine. It is a simple evaluation instrument compared to QUIS, but I found it very effective. I would encourage anyone to use it.

INSTRUCTIONS
For all numeric responses the Likert Scale is as follows:
Poor 1
Acceptable 2
Average 3
Good 4
Excellent 5
EXAMPLE
Please enter the value before the item number as follows:

This will be repeated periodically so you always have it available.
